The hotel’s location, the staff’s conduct and the quality of service were excellent. We would particularly like to thank Ms Ceyhan, who is in charge of customer relations. We were also very pleased with Mr Rüştü’s warm and friendly manner at the Snack Bar. The meals were extremely tasty and there was a very wide variety on offer. We also appreciated that the rooms were cleaned with great care every day. Nothing at the hotel is ordinary or done haphazardly just to get by. You can feel the care and attention paid to guests everywhere.

In general, we really enjoyed our stay, we were satisfied and would gladly return again!

The hotel is very beautiful, well-kept, clean, the staff is friendly, the food is very tasty and diverse, new dishes were added every day. I especially want to mention the À la carte restaurant, incredibly delicious and beautifully presented!
At the beach and at the pools, there is good modern music playing, creating a great atmosphere. In the evenings, there is a DJ playing, and twice a week a Latin American group performs, which we really enjoyed!
There is a lack of even minimal animation. Yes, this is more of a boutique relaxation hotel, but aqua aerobics was listed in the services, which we never saw in 7 days. There was only one aqua jamboree, unfortunately, we didn't get to attend.
The DJ playlist in the evenings was often quite boring (however, if there was a party, the music got better), but it greatly depends on the company of holidaymakers, we were lucky that we met fun guys in the second half of our holiday who brought all the energy.
There is a lack of more activities and someone to uplift everyone and create a pleasant atmosphere, as if the holidaymakers should entertain themselves.
