We arrived a little bit later than we had mentioned. It was so nice that they checked us in and asked if everything was OK. I felt cared for. The customer service is really well-trained. Thank you so much for your lovely response to all my perhaps boring, silly questions.
The hotel has a pool and it is very clean. Not sure if we are in their peak season, but most of the guests are from the UK and Europe. We had dinner together with our new friends. I was very pleased with the environment. The staff provides quality service. They are not always pushing for more drinks while you are enjoying the nice weather in the beautiful hotel garden (which could potentially annoy me), but they are just there when you need them. I feel very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel. If quality and cleanliness are your priorities, you are in good hands. Kemer Royal Hotel is the best option for you.
