Good responsive staff, but lacks organization and control. Good breakfast but flies sit on products and fruits, and there are no sticky tapes to catch or cover them, which is not difficult to do!
Free beach loungers are provided - at our expense, but the bus runs until 18.00, and at the beach, people want to stay until evening.
Flies on the food in the restaurant!
The room turned out to be without a refrigerator and we waited for 2 days until it was installed!
The Sprinter MB bus is small, which transports to the beach, has 20 seats and people have to stand during the bus journey on the road! When it goes from the beach at 12.00 for lunch or the last trip at 18.00, not everyone fits in, and they stay at the beach waiting for the next trip!

The staff was very friendly. The chef accommodated our request, so there were also purely vegetarian dishes.
The dessert buffet is very generous. And the service staff and colleagues at the reception were also very friendly.
It's great that you can borrow beach towels at the reception. This quality of beach towels should also be used for the rooms.
The pool area is also nice and invites you to linger.
Cleanliness is a really big issue.
For the first 2 nights, we were accommodated in a room that was so small that we couldn't even open our suitcases. There were still hairs on the bed sheet and the towels were not clean either. These had to be exchanged. I had my own cleaning supplies with me, so I could still clean myself.
Even in the 2nd room, it was not properly clean - mold in the bathroom - so I also cleaned it myself. A re-cleaning doesn't help.
