I adored the location. It felt like entering a medieval town. There were numerous restaurants and activities around the hotel
The sole thing I disliked is the absence of an iron in the room and the need to pay for ironing clothes

The manager of those in the reception is probably the reason why several choose not to return so confused no overview gave wrong room and one paid for a suite and got a regular room chaotic, rude will not go back just because of them

The hotel staff seemed indifferent and provided no assistance, and it was difficult to communicate with them. The room was not properly cleaned, and it was very noisy and uncomfortable to stay in. I was disappointed by the overall service quality and will not be staying here again. The price was expensive but the quality did not meet my expectations. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I wish I could forget.
The check-out process was also inconvenient as the staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. If I have to return to this hotel again, I will definitely choose a different option next time.
