Clean and spacious

Great value for money, although when I booked this hotel initially, I was looking forward to the 'spa' experience. In reality, the outdoor pools were closed (due to winter, which is completely understandable), and the indoor spa was also undergoing construction. Only two saunas were operational, and there was some dust due to the ongoing construction.
I enjoyed my stay, tried the sauna once, but I would not book this hotel again.
On the positive side, the hotel is close to the waterfalls and the location is beautiful.
It's important to note that there is a high level of noise - planes fly directly overhead. It didn't bother me much, but if I were with children, I would choose a different hotel.

Ides were excellent, the staff were all delightful and very helpful. Adored my suite, stunning rooms and a well-equipped minibar. Breakfast was a bit challenging for a UK palate but always managed to find something I enjoyed. Lunches and dinners were a la carte with a wide selection.
This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and I will definitely return.
Experienced a storm one night with very strong winds that could be felt against the building, which was a bit scary on the 10th floor.
