The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We enjoyed the beach and spent the entire day there.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning was effective.
The cleaning service could use some improvement, as it is very basic. Additionally, the variety of meats in the meals could be slightly better. During our 7-night stay, we only had fish once. The selection of meats is the same every day.

Even before my arrival, the stay started very positively. I received a nice email from the hotel and my request for a room with a balcony in a completely quiet location was considered without any problems. For that, a big thank you - it's exactly these little things that make the difference.
The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. From the first minute, I felt welcome and well taken care of. The entire facility is beautiful, well-maintained, and invites relaxation.
I would like to particularly highlight the entire team: the employees are incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm. You can tell that everyone here works well together and functions hand in hand. The service was always pleasant and professional - you simply feel well taken care of all around.
The entertainment also deserves great praise. The team ensures with a lot of joy, commitment, and good spirits that there is no boredom, without being intrusive.
The food was also excellent. The selection was varied, the quality was good, and there was something for every taste.
For me, it was an all-around successful vacation with a real feel-good factor. The Alessia Hotel offers a real worry-free package and I would love to come back. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful time!
