Quite okay! But when paying these amounts, I think they could arrange rooms on the same floor.

Great variety of food. The bars also had a good selection of drinks. The cleaning staff was fantastic, friendly, and very well-kept.

We booked in December, 2 family rooms Swimup! When we arrived in June, we could not get rooms next to each other, even though I sent a message to them via WhatsApp and email. I think it's poor that they couldn't even arrange rooms on the same floor.

Bad stay

I booked a room with a king bed and a single bed with a private pool, and requested the room to be on a high floor with a beautiful view. However, I was surprised to be given a room with one king bed and a small corner pool overlooking the restaurant. When I rejected the room, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was fully booked and there were no other available rooms. When I insisted on checking the availability of rooms for booking, she insisted that there were none. So, I told her I will book a new room and see what I will be given and from where, especially since the hotel was fully booked. I also told her I will leave the hotel and file a complaint with booking.

She was forced to change the room to a standard room that matched what she had booked.

The elevators are narrow and often delayed. The restaurant is cramped. There are many hotels nicer and kinder than this.

A bad stay that forced me to leave a complete night out of a total of three nights and return because I disliked the hotel.

I did not like this approach, I do not recommend the hotel, and I do not wish to return to it again.
