Hotel has an indoor pool. 2 bedrooms for parents and kids. Living room and kitchen for extra space. Convenient location. Elevator available for luggage. Excellent customer service.

We arrived before the check-in time, Waram was exceptionally kind. We were given access to the room without any extra charge.
We were upgraded.
The facilities are superb, everything is new/very recent, the air conditioning works very well.
Waram is always available for recommendations or to provide you with everything you need to have a great hassle-free stay; you step into the hotel and don't have to think about anything!
The pool is fantastic!

Location, friendly staff, spacious room, lovely swimming pool, and a terrace.
Cleanliness issue, furniture a bit dated. Weak WiFi, very slow, but not a big problem as we used Esim.
