Hotel ok but some rude staff

Location and pool

They started to remove breakfast 10 minutes before. I asked for a coffee and was told there was none left, then I said, but it's not even 10 am yet and the girl took the coffee pot and slammed it on the table, very rude and in a bad mood. The shower also kept alternating between cold and very hot water, which was uncomfortable. The room has a strange smell, when we arrived I even thought it was a smoking room.

There were many moments that bothered us:

First, the pool. It was stated on the booking that it operates from 8:30. In reality, the technician cleaned it in the morning and the pool was available from 11 am and sometimes even later. Swimming in the morning will not be successful.

Second - breakfast. It was wonderful for its price. But! There was constantly a shortage of half of the dishes and they were brought in several pieces with delay. This happened every day during our 8-day stay. We sat hungry waiting for when they bring pieces of sausage to diversify the meal.

Whatever.

Third - be careful when booking a family room near the pool: we were accommodated in the same room but on another floor, accordingly, there was no access to the pool for us. Only a view. When we were told to book differently - they said it was the hotel's policy. They do not separate or do not show differences in the rooms and do not show on the site where only the photos from the pool area are posted information that such a room is on the 2nd floor!

After two days, we finally moved to a lower room, thanks for Mrs. Ur. Bo (front desk girl Valeriya) who lied almost until the end of our stay that the room was occupied. And when we were told to change rooms, she continued to lie to us that they are moving guests to luxury rooms (which are darker and smaller).

In general, these moments spoiled the impression but I do not want to lower the rating for this, the hotel owner really tries.

Wonderful hotel for such a price.

Wonderful hotel, Friendly staff. Clean every day. They change bed linens and towels. Provide cosmetic products and a bottle of water daily. Once a week, they disinfect the toilet and shower.

Second - breakfast. It was wonderful for its price. But! There was always a shortage of half dishes, and they were served late. This happened every 8 days we were sitting, waiting when they bring sausage slices to dilute the monotonous breakfast.

Third - be attentive when booking a family room near the pool: we were accommodated in the same room, but on a different floor, and accordingly didn't have access to the pool. Only a view. When we said we booked differently - they said it's the hotel policy. They don't separate rooms and don't see the difference because they are the same! But on the website where there are only pool view photos, you won't find information about such a room on the 2nd floor!
