THEY WERE SO SO RUDE THAT THEY DON'T ANSWER CALLS- NOT EVEN BOTHERED GUESTS ARE SUFFERING FULL NIGHT WITHOUT AC= THE STAFF WERE SO SO RUDE THAT THEY WERE INSULTING ME NON-STOP- IT WAS NIGHT OF 26TH JUNE FRIDAY NIGHT- 27TH JUNE SATURDAY NIGHT- NO ACS IN ROOMS- WE SUFFERED SO MUCH WITH KIDS IN THE HEAT-THEY ARE THE WORST STAFF HOTEL ONE CAN IMAGINE- THEY HAVE SPOILT OUR HOLIDAY FULLY- WE NEED FULL REFUND

The hotel is near the beach and bus station, and the neighbourhood has a special atmosphere at night.
The pub offers excellent live music most nights and overall the prices are reasonable.
Some of the reception staff were very inexperienced and unhelpful.
I stayed for 4 nights without housekeeping.
The only professional receptionists we encountered were Miss Guzem and the young man Chinar.
I hope I have spelt the names correctly.
