Picking up the keys was straightforward.
The property is in a state of disrepair. Paint peeling off the walls and a kitchen that you would only want to use the kettle in. The pool was dirty and completely unusable.

The location and the scenery. The villa layout and pool were fantastic.
The manager was extremely courteous and accommodating.
The villa was not clean. There were many ants and mosquitoes inside and outside.

The staff was very nice and implemented our requests very quickly. It was very clean and the pool was really great.
