The reception staff was very friendly and the check-in process was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Kemer and has a pool. However, the food options were disappointing.
The room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The bathroom was dirty, with stains in the sink and hair from the previous guests. There were no towels, toilet paper, or even bed sheets provided. We requested these items upon arrival and, after waiting for 3-4 hours, they still had not been provided. After asking again, we received towels and toilet paper, but we had to request a bed sheet separately. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself to make it usable. Everything in the room looked very worn and outdated. In the morning, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The breakfast was basic and served in a room that also looked very outdated. Overall, it was a cheap stay for one night - we managed but would not recommend it. Definitely not suitable for a holiday.
