First of all, we were placed in a room without a balcony, although it was not indicated when booking that there was no balcony - it was simply indicated about a standard room. Because of this, swimsuits didn't dry and we had to put on everything wet. They provide only one room key, so you can't leave the air conditioner on, and when you return to the room you sit in a sauna for about an hour because the air conditioners work very poorly. But the most interesting part started later. We entered the room and saw three huge cockroaches. Did they relocate us? Of course not. The maid came and simply covered the hole on the toilet bowl with putty. Naturally, the cockroaches didn't disappear anywhere, and for the remaining 4 days we couldn't use the toilet normally. I especially want to note the absolutely indifferent attitude of the reception staff. They just ignore people. There is no front line service at all, the food is not tasty. Even if this hotel cost 3 times cheaper, it would not be worth the money.

Everything was fine, the food could have been a bit more varied, but we didn't stay hungry. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, the hotel grounds are also very nice.

The staff could be a little friendlier with non-Russian guests.

Close to the beach with a great view of the mountains. The pools are clean and there are children's activities available.

The rooms are not clean and some items are broken or rusty.

The mattress and pillows are of low quality.

Bathroom: the shower leaks without a curtain or door, and the shower gel and shampoo are unpleasant. There is no soap or clothes holder.

Internet access is charged at $10 per device for 3 days. Additional devices require payment and assistance from an administrator.

Food: a wide selection but lacking in taste and quality, appearing to be made from the cheapest ingredients available. Salads consist mainly of lettuce and carrot. The origin of the meat raised doubts.

The hotel caters mostly to Russian guests, reflected in the music and clientele.
