AntonyIt was beyond our expectations - laid-back and well-served.
We enjoyed the hotel and amenities such as the pool, beach access, and restaurant. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which offered a great variety of food throughout the day - breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The customer relations team is efficient and always willing to address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. I would like to mention the exceptional service provided by the relationship manager, Mr. Flo.
On Booking.com, it was advertised as having a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport (Antalya), but upon arrival, we were informed that no such service was available for free. After discussing this with the customer relations team, they were able to arrange a shuttle service for us at an additional cost. I am uncertain whether this was an oversight on the part of the hotel or Booking.com. Please investigate and provide guidance.
