The staff is friendly, rooms are cleaned every day. The food was delicious and diverse. The pool animations were great. We enjoyed it!

The meals overall were fantastic (breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner), fresh and of good quality.
Rooms are tidy and receive a new bottle of water daily.
The staff was extremely friendly and patient, with various entertainment options available.
Occasionally at night, I heard some loud individuals near the 16+ pool, but it didn't bother me or my family.
Noted that the hotel is not directly on the beach, but easy transportation is available (a 10-minute walk through an underpass).

The property is perfectly clean, the staff works 24h, everyone is very helpful and friendly. The food is perfect, expect to gain 5-6 kg during your stay 😁
Throughout the day and in the evening there are animators for both kids and adults. The cleaning ladies are especially lovely, 10+
Unfortunately, the beach and sea access are poor, and there is no separate area for families with children, but there is a separate Relax pool for 16+, so sometimes people without kids occupy the sun loungers in the area that is for everyone
