AprilOverall enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
Overall cleanliness was great. However, had to change rooms upon arrival as it wasn't up to standard.
Due to the high number of guests, the lift kept breaking down. Guests were loud running up and down the corridors.
The food was satisfactory but too repetitive.

NonaThis is my second time staying at this hotel. I like everything.
When booking the hotel, I chose a high floor, but upon check-in they gave me a disappointing room on the first floor. When I went to discuss, they said it was a standard room, the floor cannot be guaranteed, and the administrator did not allow. However, for an additional payment of $100, they changed our floor to the fourth with a view of the sea and pool. In general, everything else is good.
