It was beautiful.

Clean and staff quality was high, the food was delicious.

The most important thing is that there is no health support. My spouse slipped in the bathroom, we asked for a rash cream, but no one helped. The customer service sent us to a doctor who was completely useless, just wasting space.

Whatever you ask for, they refer you to the pharmacy, their goal is to take patients to the hospital.

Not even a first aid kit in the huge hotel!!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The reception was very difficult to reach. For three days, the minibar was not restocked. Each time, we tried to call reception, without success. So we had to go in person to report the issue.

The explanation given was that there was a sudden influx of customers, which does not justify, in our opinion, this lack of follow-up.

Furthermore, the food was not varied and repetitive, which made the meals disappointing throughout the stay.

Finally, the Wi-Fi was not working properly, which was a real inconvenience throughout the stay.
