Unforgettable vacation in Alanya

Simply everything, from room to beach. Very good service, food, guest support

All our expectations were exceeded

Nothing

One night stay with children

We stayed here for just one night on our way to the Alanya coast. The location was convenient, not too far from Gazipasa airport.

We arrived late at the hotel and probably got the last available rooms. The other room was likely not usually in use, but was given to us as a last option. The air conditioning was not working (though it was fixed quickly) and the lock seemed to have a mind of its own.

The rooms were clean but both had a strong smell of cleaning solvent or similar. Breathing that in cannot be healthy. I'm glad we only had to stay for one night.

The hotel is generally nice, it deserves its price.

Employees use slang words, especially with foreign tourists, among themselves, it is not nice at all. I am sorry that our guests are treated this way in our own country.
