What did you like about the accommodation?
We stayed here for 13 days and enjoyed ourselves from the first to the last day. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was varied, fresh, and tasty every single day. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The entire hotel area was nice, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment was great, and there were activities for both adults and children. We truly felt well taken care of throughout the stay. This is a hotel we would more than willingly return to.
What did you dislike about the accommodation?
We tried to find something to critique, but simply couldn't. The stay was fantastic from start to finish. Everything worked as it should, and we have no negative comments.

We experienced excellent staff, and the hotel was clean with good food.
I didn't like the kids' playground; it was in the basement and smelled like mould, and it was very hot. They didn't have much to offer for kids. Also, they didn't have enough tables and chairs by the pool bar for people to sit at night, and the music was very loud all night long.
