Swim Up room was sensational, room size also good, service staff mostly very friendly and accommodating after a tip;)

Booked a Swim Up Room, at check-in we were given a different room because none were available - no one told us at reception, we only found out in the room - which was also okay for me 1 night in another room without Swim Up - at least an apology would have been appropriate & expected - NOTHING!

Reception very curt & unfriendly unfortunately!

Hygiene in the rooms was okay, gym, however, dilapidated, dirty and no technician seen for maintenance in the last months.

Hairdresser RIP-OFF! Advertise with prices - then more expensive when paying, even though cash!!!

Overall satisfied rest. Liked the hotel's layout and convenient access to the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although in some places noticeable minor repairs.

The food was varied in terms of the number of dishes, a good selection, but most of the menu repeated daily. Liked the bar, as well as ice cream and snacks throughout the day.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and advise. Cleaning was done almost daily, only one day was missed, perhaps a small mistake occurred.

Cons included - animation and evening shows were more oriented towards older audience. The entertainment program at neighboring hotels looked significantly more active and interesting.

Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression, especially due to the layout, service, and proximity to the sea

Everything is fine, except for one...

Excellent hotel with good food. There is everything you need for a great holiday.

Incessant music (or better to say a racket) will accompany you all the time of your stay. For families with children under 3 years old where it is terribly inconvenient, but you may be lucky and they will move all columns, which I hoped for all the time. They transfer from the room right in front of the pool, where in most cases all the most noisy happens, we refused, (although we were with a child under 2 years old) referring to the fact that there are no available rooms.
