Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the pools were clean, spa procedures and massages were remarkable - a big plus for that, thank you! Housekeeping and minibar restocking were done daily. The food was diverse, with fresh and tasty products, interesting themed dinners. Good entertainment program. Really want to come back!!!
What I really didn't like was the behavior of some guests. Completely rude children were running around the restaurant, knocking over elderly people, grabbing watermelons and melons with their hands and then throwing them back. Where were the parents of these children??? There was also an incident on the beach, a mother with noisy children and a stroller came to the 15+ beach area. I don't mind moms with kids, but in a hotel with a 400 m coastal line and 20 meters of quiet beach clearly marked as for 15+, why are they allowed in there? My suggestion to the staff is to be less loyal to people who go against the rules.

Overall impression:
Beautiful hotel for the money. Everything is very well thought out.
Grounds:
Large, always very clean, well-maintained, lots of greenery, five restaurants, three beach bars, and several more on the premises. Snack bar always full of food - fish, pizza, pasta, fruits, pastries. Separate restaurants serve gyozas and burgers. There is a Starbucks (small but cozy), a small cafe-patisserie with tables under the trees. Ice cream available at all times.
On the premises, there are refrigerators with bottled water. At all times, the exact time is displayed with an error not exceeding a minute. The beach is large, has a shallow area, and very clean water. In addition to sun loungers, there are separate paid tents and piers where you can relax.
There is a spa center where you can pamper yourself with massages, but this is for an additional cost. I haven't been there, so I cannot comment.
Entertainment and various outdoor activities - barrel sauna, darts, pneumatic gun shooting, pool games. There is a kids' club, mini disco, and a separate corner for hookah lovers. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor bars, and the snack bar is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas.
Food:
This is the hotel's strong point. The food is very high quality, tasty, fresh, and diverse. The cuisine is top-notch! Everyone can find dishes to their liking - there are always soups, porridges, meat, vegetables, assorted cheeses, pastries, grilled fish, barbecue, and various desserts. Turkish cucumbers are superb, incomparable to what we have. The bakery and patisserie items are excellent and very tasty. Wine is available for lunch and dinner - local, unpretentious wine, not the best, but drinkable. In Turkey, there is only one beer - "Efes," which personally suits me. As for negatives, I would mention only one - coffee. The coffee is terrible, including in the lovely cafe-patisserie. I don't know why. Perhaps they purchase the cheapest coffee, or it's not stored correctly. In any case, it's impossible to drink it. However, if you are used to Starbucks coffee, you may find it acceptable. In general, this is a wonderful hotel, highly recommended!
