We returned for the second time and enjoyed everything. The hotel staff surprised us with a gift and an invitation to a party for regular customers. The ladies also received gel, dessert, and a delicious cocktail. The staff was very helpful, the food was great with plenty of variety, the evening entertainment was good, and the spa was excellent. We even had fun arm wrestling. A special thanks to the lobby bar, especially Denis who made fast and lovely cocktails. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday.
We were slightly disappointed with the DJ at the disco as they should consider more what the audience prefers. Additionally, there was an issue at reception during check-out. The day before departure, we inquired about a late check-out but were informed everything was fine. However, the next day, when the reception shift changed, we were told we had to vacate the room by noon. Previously, we were not informed about a specific time for check-out. Despite this, everything else was fine.
