I always aim to leave positive reviews, even when there are minor issues with a hotel. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I am unable to do so.

The hotel itself is stunning, but the behaviour of the staff was highly disappointing.

On our initial day, upon arriving at reception, we were met by a receptionist named Kenan (or Kan, I cannot recall the exact name). He was extremely impolite and instructed us in an unfriendly manner to wait for his call. After waiting for some time, I decided to approach the luggage porter and gave him our room number. To my surprise, he informed me that he had not been told, but promptly escorted us to our room.

Another negative encounter was with the hotel's laundry service. We left several garments for cleaning and placed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door due to our young child napping. Despite the sign, we overheard conversation outside our room, followed by the room phone ringing. The receptionist brusquely asked me to answer the door as our laundry was ready. I assumed they had left it outside, but upon opening the door, I discovered non-English-speaking staff members who wished to enter our room as they had mistakenly mixed up our laundry. I had sent one shirt, one pair of trousers, and two tops, yet they returned with only the shirt and an unrelated pair of shorts. They were in the process of identifying the rightful owners of the clothes. Throughout this ordeal, my child awoke and began crying.

I acknowledge that some staff may not speak English, but the front desk personnel should comprehend the meaning of 'Do Not Disturb'. It should encompass not just refraining from knocking on the door but also abstaining from unnecessary phone calls, particularly when guests have explicitly requested privacy.

Other than these occurrences, the hotel was pleasant. Nevertheless, the negative demeanour of the reception staff and certain other employees significantly marred our stay.

The animation is quite weak. The involvement of guests in the possible evening program is missing. Music, dance.
