The room service and the room cleaning could be better even though it is still okay

The room was satisfactory.
Dinner was enjoyable and delicious.
The amenities are also very good.
The staff and the booking: I wanted to book 2 rooms for 4 people, but they didn't allow 2 extra persons. We were disappointed.
