The lunches were surprisingly good and provided a much better experience than breakfast and even dinners. The hotel boasts several swimming pools, excellent facilities for children, and various entertainment options throughout the property. Direct beach access with complimentary sunbeds was very convenient. The sauna was also pleasant and well-maintained.
The staff appeared indifferent when issues were raised, giving the impression that guest concerns were not a priority. Despite the hotel being marketed as family-friendly and many guests travelling with children, there were only two high baby chairs available for the entire hotel, making it extremely difficult to secure one at dinner.
We had requested a baby cot before arrival and had received confirmation, but it was not available at check-in. Despite visiting reception six times and receiving repeated promises that it would arrive within 15 minutes, it was only delivered six hours later, causing us to stay in the room waiting. Housekeeping fell short of expectations: towels were not consistently replaced, beds were poorly made, and the balcony was never cleaned. The duvet was provided without a proper cover.
There is no complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms; internet access is only accessible in the reception area.
The quality of breakfast was disappointing. Omelettes were cooked with excessive oil, toppings were frequently missing, and the chef struggled to identify some ingredients in English. Furthermore, restaurant staff would at times clear dirty dishes and wipe tables, then immediately touch our infant's face, which we considered inappropriate.
