Everything was great!
BurakbalkisIn the bar, Onur and many service staff members, whose names I can't remember, were doing their jobs with enthusiasm. The pools were clean and well-maintained, we thank the kitchen team and chef for their delicious meals. May Allah help the baker working in that heat. Despite a few negative experiences, overall, I thank the entire team for providing a positive experience.
The receptionist who said that the room type we reserved was not available at check-in said she could not help in any way. Fortunately, the manager said he could help the next day and tried to cheer us up by offering us a meal at least. On the day of check-out, despite leaving a few of our clothes in the room, the housekeeping staff had removed them and put them aside while we were at breakfast, also took away our right to use the room until 12 o'clock as they saw fit after vacating it. We have filed our complaints. Still, in terms of value for money, would we choose it again? I think we would.
Check - in de rezervasyon yaptığımız oda tipinin mevcut olmadığını söyleyen resepsiyondaki arkadaş herhangi bir şekilde yardımcı olamayacağını söyledi. Sağ olsun müdür bey bir sonraki gün yardımcı olabileceğini söyledi ve bize yemek ısmarlayarak gönlümüzü almaya çalıştı en azından. Check out gününde de odada birkaç kıyafetimizi bırakmış olmamıza rağmen onları biz kahvaltıda iken hk ekibi kaldırıp bir kenara atmış odayı saat 12 ye kadar kullanma hakkımızı da elimizden almışlar boşalttığımıza kendilerince kanaat getirmişler. İlgili şikayetlerimizi yaptık. Yine de fiyat performans açısından tekrar tercih edilir mi, bence edilir.
