Not worth the money

Very firm pillows, curtains let light through. Upon request, they installed blackout curtains and provided orthopedic pillows.

The hotel grounds are appealing from the outside.

Concerts by famous Russian performers are held.

Only Russians at the hotel, staff barely speaks English and hardly speaks German at all.

Price-quality ratio: the service leaves something to be desired, limited food choices in the restaurants like a la carte.

This is my first experience with Turkish all-inclusive, but for this price in Europe, you can get a much better room, quality of repairs and service.

There is no soundproofing in the room: on the contrary, in front of our room was another hotel, the stage and the amusement park. Even with the balcony closed, you can hear everything as if it were open. Part of the night discos and entertainment programs go on beyond an acceptable hour. Moving to another room is not a guaranteed option, depending on available rooms.

Some rooms have renovated repairs, while others are old, it's hit or miss.

Large, beautiful territory. Friendly staff, amazing animators. Interesting show every evening.

Mold on the ceiling in the room. No possibility to iron clothes independently. There was a rat in the beach restaurant.
