The bedding! We slept badly for 10 days, horrible back pain for my husband and me, we could feel the springs and the food was not like what I had 7 years ago

OlgaThe hotel left mixed impressions: pleasant staff and normal service, but food, condition of some areas, and absence
- Very friendly staff;
- Good cleaning of rooms;
- Always available water, tea, juice, coffee, soda;
- Convenient booking of tennis and restaurants via the application;
- There is an evening bar with billiards;
- Many cats on the territory, there is a house for them;
- Beautiful territory;
- Near the station with minibuses, convenient to travel to Side.
- Average food: insufficient seafood, dry fish, overcooked shrimps, not very diverse;
- Tables/chairs are often dirty and sometimes cutlery is dirty;
- In the off-season, it is almost boring to engage in activities in the rain. Snack bars and activities do not work well in bad weather;
- After the rain, they did not clean the puddle on the tennis court;
- The pool is poorly heated;
- There were defects in the room (clogged drain, flickering lamp);
- Unpleasant view from the room;
- Some cocktails are not tasty;
- For the price in the season, the hotel does not seem justified.

There are some exceptional staff members there; Hikmet, Fatma, and Atica. The reception service was excellent and accommodating. The spa facilities and staff were exceptional.
We mentioned to the management that it was our anniversary, but they didn't even leave us a note, let alone do anything special.
