It is truly an amazing chain hotel. Staff were very friendly, accommodating until the very last minute the resort closed for winter season.
Food and facilities were fantastic and the shows at night were quality. We will be back!
Smoking was allowed everywhere even by the poolside. They should have designated areas for smoking

Our holiday was amazing. It was our first stay at Botanik Platinum. The room was comfortable, and pillows were changed by the first request.
Food was various, delicious.
A lot of pools for different ages, relax pool with calm atmosphere for us was excellent finding!
All staff (reception, room, beach team, restaurants and bars staff, cleaners, handymen, animation team) earn huge respect, and many thanks!!!

Beautiful, clean hotel, with plenty of beautiful plants on the territory. Very beautiful sunset. The sea is clean, azure, and almost immediately deep. Varied food, vegetables, beef fillet, lamb, dorado fish, seabass, red mullet daily. Many pastries and fruits, including strawberries, cherries, melons, watermelon. Excellent service, you can't sit down at the table without an attendant already asking what to bring!
The only downside, part of the hotel, faces a busy road, and it's very noisy there, impossible to fall asleep. But for 30 euros a day, you can upgrade to a room with a sea view, which I did.
