Disappointing

Staff unfriendly. The food was very bad. The restaurant was understaffed resulting in long waiting times. My car was simply parked on the roadside.

Excellent choice of food, rooms are clean and cozy, friendly staff, entertainment for children.

Sun loungers have been occupied since early morning on the aquapark territory. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning, and practically all sun loungers were "occupied" with towels. People come to these occupied sun loungers after 2-3 hours at best. It was very unpleasant to face such a situation, the hotel administration does not prevent this.

Overall, we really liked it. It was not too much and not too little. There was consistently plenty of food.

- Pleasantly scented rooms. The first impression was great. The room was very clean and smelled good. It was also cleaned and perfumed daily.

- Mostly very friendly staff.

- Upon arrival, the luggage was taken from the car and then brought to the room after check-in.

- Abundant food selection.

- There was a "Kids' restaurant" with pizza, chicken nuggets, pasta, and fries.

- Ice cream stand in both the water park and the main restaurant - available until 9 pm.

- No SmartTV (Netflix, YouTube).

- Tables in the dining area were not always cleaned when someone got up. Sometimes we sat at dirty tables and there were no cleaning cloths available to quickly do it ourselves.

- Fork, knife, and spoon were provided by the staff. This sometimes meant calling someone multiple times and waiting to get utensils for eating.

- Small glasses for drinks. Mostly only small glasses were brought, which meant having to reorder drinks multiple times.
