We were on ultra all-inclusive, paying for Wi-Fi, finding the minibar empty, the room cleaned at 4pm, always the same food, and paying for international cocktails

Overall it was good, we had issues with the air conditioning not working, however the hotel manager Nuritin was very helpful at resolving the issues
Food choices could have been better.
