Basically, the beachfront facilities were very elegantly and practically made. There were no complaints about the food, everything was very delicious.
The staff are often amateurish or downright rude. Handling simple things or providing assistance causes problems, they can't handle things for days and then say it's not possible, even though it was just about a Late check out. Among the night bartenders, it happened that heads were shaken at our order and they were indifferent. I think this is unacceptable and would warrant some training for the employees there. Just one more example for fun, when I was waiting in line to order a drink, a server stepped in front of me and placed their order first, their colleague even signaled that this was a bit awkward, to which the server just awkwardly grinned. Well, this just proves that they are not really familiar with hospitality standards at this place.
