The location is convenient
The staff do not speak English. Their card machine has issues with Swedish debit cards and has a limit. Wi-Fi is costly and limited to one device only. Connection occasionally drops even after payment. There is a lack of hospitality or service. The food was subpar. The elevator is small and there is only one. The beds are too small.

Хорошее местоположение.
Система «всё включено»
Приемлемый ценник.
В номере воняло канализацией.
Душ - это лейка и дырка в полу напротив унитаза.
В номере грязно.
В столовой на ужин была отвратительная еда и через полчаса после начала ужина, закончился даже рис.
Еще через полчаса принесли немного булгура и размазали его по дну поддона, чтобы создать вид, что его много.
Но и его тут же расхватали.
Еда, на вкус, была отвратительна. Посуда грязная.
Надо менять поваров.

Poor staff

The hotel works on the "all-inclusive" system
Reasonably low price with a Booking discount
Good location
During check-in at the registration desk, two employees (a fat girl with glasses and an old woman) refused to check me in at the Booking price and set a higher rate.
When I showed them the Booking reservation, they told me that if I don't like their rate, I can go stay at another hotel.
It was already evening and finding another hotel was problematic, so I stayed.
The room was dirty.
No refrigerator.
No kettle.
WiFi is only available for a fee.
Beer and lemonade in reusable plastic cups (eternally dirty).
I asked for beer in a clean glass - the bartender refused.
Dinner was not very diverse, but there was potato fry which I liked.
Breakfast was terrible.
There were dirt pieces floating in the yogurt (I don't know what happened with the chefs).
So the hotel needs to replace all the staff.
