The air conditioners in the kids club are constantly working, even when children are present. A strong draft.

Clean hotel, courteous staff, very good spa and massage, which are done Balinese. Room with good repair.

Quality of food clearly does not meet the declared five star. The choice of dishes is mediocre: no red fish, seafood appears very rarely, juices - not fresh-squeezed, but packaged, ice cream - with a clear artificial taste. "Honey in the nets" in taste resembles heavily crystallized sugar, rather than a natural product. As a result, the impression of the restaurant significantly spoiled the overall feeling of relaxation. Alcoholic beverages are third-rate.

The most unpleasant thing was the situation at the reception. Manager Lily did not allow our relatives even into the lobby area, despite the fact that we ourselves went to the lobby, introduced them and explained that they came specifically to us. For a hotel of this level, it looked extremely careless and strange. Relatives flew in from Germany and were genuinely puzzled why they could not simply pass into the common area while we were getting ready.
