The hotel does not correspond to a 5-star ultra all-inclusive. More like a 3. Good service from staff and very nice.
Unfresh rooms, dirty curtains, worn furniture. Very dirty in the shower. Ceiling shower does not work, soap dispenser does not work. The floor is very worn. Hard beds and old pillows. Ultra All-Inclusive but no evening show, no ice cream for the children, pool was closed the last days and beach bars as well. Almost the same food all week. Total disappointment.

My wife and I were very worried. It was an unexpected sight and my son can't stop talking about it, he's very stressed and depressed. I don't know what to do. You saw the situation in the bathroom. The money I paid for this place and hotel is not worth it. Please pay attention. I want you to refund my money for the great stress I went through. The hotel manager was very rude, constantly yelling at my family and friends. I felt like we were in some kind of military unit. I want you to address this problem for the stress that my family is experiencing.
