Public transport runs in front of the hotel with links to bigger towns, including the popular resort of Alanya 23 km away, while local amenities can be found approximately 400 m from the hotel.

I would not go there again.

Lobby and the sea

Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with our stay at the Özkymak Hotel. We had already stayed at the Arycanda in October 2025 and had expected a comparable standard due to our positive experiences there with a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, this expectation was clearly not met at the Özkymak.

Our impression was that the staff was partially understaffed and accordingly dissatisfied, which unfortunately also affected the service and the quality of our stay. Due to the numerous deficiencies, we even decided to cut our stay short by one day.

In addition, EUR 45.00 were stolen from me. After my complaint, this amount was refunded by the reception, but this led to further significant inconveniences. The safe in our room was blocked, so I could not access our passports. Only with the assistance of a technician were the passports released again.

Due to the significant deficiencies and the early departure, I hereby request a full refund of the cost for the last day of the stay not taken.

I hope for a fair and customer-oriented solution and thank you in advance for your efforts.

Location, top staff very helpful. Mr. Mehmet Baṣar at the reception was very friendly and took care of all concerns.

Chefs İbrahim and Yücel handle all concerns in the kitchen.

Hüseyin Baba at the pool bar is a great person.

Animation was great.

I will definitely come back.

Personally, I did not like the plastic cups and the insufficient number of loungers.
