The room I received was completely different from the one shown in the Booking.com photos. It was much smaller than the Quadruple Room I booked.

The room I received was completely different from the one shown in the Booking.com photos. It was much smaller than the Quadruple Room I booked. The hotel refused to change my room despite my complaint. I had to contact Booking.com and provide photos as evidence. This was very disappointing, and I hope other guests receive the room they actually book.

I really liked the sea that was very close to the hotel.

Poor service, Poor cleaning, Poor food, when you want to ask something from information they respond very poorly. No internet, Poor electricity, Poor air conditioning, the toilet is not working, you always have to call someone to fix it.

We did not find anything tasty to eat. Every day, both lunch and dinner were the same and the food was very bad. The staff was unfriendly and there was not enough staff. There were constantly shortages of plates, utensils, and glasses.

The drinking water was also very bad. They said it was purified water, but it was not. Both the food and the water made my children seriously ill. They spent two days in the hospital.

The hotel doctor asked for €135 just for a check-up. After that, they presented us with a confidentiality agreement to sign. I refused to sign it and then went to a public hospital.

Upon arrival, they first said they could not find our reservation and made us wait for an hour. Then they came back saying they had found the reservation after all. Then, as a family of four, we were given a room that was way too small with only three beds.

The bathroom smelled like sewage and was very dirty. The phone in the room did not work, the balcony door could not be closed properly, and the beds were not changed.

Because of the food, my children got sick and had to vomit several times. Despite reporting this four times and asking for the beds to be changed, it only happened the next day.

I really don't understand how this hotel got four stars. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't even deserve one star.

Eventually, we couldn't take it anymore and left the hotel before our planned five nights were over.
