Hello! Thank you very much to the reception staff (Irina), who checked us in and accommodated us in the room. They explained everything, also a big thank you to the other guys. The room cleaning is very good, good comfort, polite girls. We were accommodated in room Yana and Zaynab, a special thank you to them. Cleaning every day, changing towels as well and much more. The entertainment program is also good, always something to do. The kitchen and buffet are excellent! I shake hands with the chef. Next to the hotel is located the travel agency Romanov, where you can always find excursions for every taste. The location of the hotel is also excellent. We will come back again. 🤝💓💓🥰🥰

All its drawbacks, you know! Especially Khalil the hotel owner's brother. He told me that it's difficult during the season, you understand.

I had regular communication with Marina, who took tourists to factories. Ali Bey, with the hammam and all the staff, Yunus Bey, who made hookah, and the animators- these people made my stay more or less bearable. Huge thanks to them!
Very rude women are at the reception. Irina and Sultan. I constantly felt passive aggression from them!!!!! A Turkish guy from a restaurant, also worked in the snack bar- hammam and rudeness! My biggest mistake was not reading comments about this hotel, I didn't book a room per night. I will never make such a mistake.
The internet is paid, which is very disappointing! 3 euros per person per day, it didn't work for the first 2 days. When I asked to solve the problem, the response was just to wait until they come and fix it 😂 And they took the money, but didn't refund the difference- super 😅 The room seems from wartime! The furniture is worn out- even a reminder, paying more for damaged furniture! Oh well, this furniture, if they throw it out, they won't even take it for free, and here you pay 😅 the balcony was locked with a rare lock. There were 2 hangers in the closet- considering double occupancy. The hairdryer lived its life, could start working in the middle of the night!
Lost a needle, started looking and peeked under the bed and it was a horror 😧 There was so much dust and garbage that it was visible, the rooms were cleaned superficially. Not even cleaned before the arrival of a new guest- not at all!
For breakfast tomorrow, found an insect in the greens, gave it to the cook right away, he quickly took it and apologized. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired! The first hotel in Turkey where I was picky with food. For breakfast, I only drank coffee from the machine.
