Poor

The room was large and offered plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is really good - many things are nearby and easily accessible. The cleanliness of the room was also good in the first few days. For a four-day stay, the price-performance ratio was overall acceptable.

What didn't you like?

Unfortunately, the service and especially the staff's attitude were very disappointing for us. The staff appeared partly very unfriendly and even aggressive in their communication. An employee with red hair was the only exception - she was very friendly and helpful.

Particularly unpleasant was that apparently nothing from outside was allowed in certain areas. If we ordered or brought something from outside, the reaction was very unfriendly and aggressive. At the same time, the prices in the restaurant seemed very high from our point of view.

The room cleaning was also disappointing. During our four-day stay, the room was only cleaned once. Towels were not changed regularly, the trash cans were not emptied, and sometimes we even had to ask for toilet paper. Unfortunately, when we asked, we did not receive helpful answers and there was little willingness to help us with our concerns.

The location and the room were good, but the service and the way the guests were treated unfortunately significantly worsened our stay.

Good hotel for several days

- Excellent responsive staff, always ready to help.

- Comfortable clean room with all necessary amenities.

- Nice pool - clean, cool, large enough so as not to disturb other guests.

- Wonderful restaurant at the hotel with delivery straight to the room; prices even lower than nearby restaurants.

- Beach towels and vouchers for visiting the nearest private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.

- Provides a lunchbox for early check-out if you miss breakfast.

- The hotel is located next to a fairly lively road, so it can be noisy in the evenings and at night. Especially if the room windows face the road (as ours did). Unfortunately, the balcony door in our room was old and did not isolate the noise well. Sleeping was uncomfortable, especially on Friday and Saturday when people are out and about.

- Breakfast, although buffet-style, did not have usual breakfast items like omelettes, scrambled eggs, porridge, or waffles/pancakes. There were boiled eggs, bread rolls, cheese and sausage platter, vegetables, and a dessert table. An adult can eat their fill, of course, but there are significantly fewer options for a child.
