Everything was perfect in one word. The smiling staff was always ready to help. The meals were fantastic. Our room was cleaned every day.

we loved our stay at grand Uysal and will come again. the swimming pools, snacking/dining were exceptionally awesome. superb place for a few days with family and highly recommend to anyone.
Rooms allocation during busy days makes it quite difficult for the staff to accommodate people in the already booked rooms. we were allocated a room which we didn't book, but upon expressing disapproval, it was changed. Not a bad review, but to highlight for the management to improve in the future.
