FrancisHotel Horus Paradise
We enjoyed the: all inclusive package, the cleanliness, the size of our room which was like a small apartment with a fantastic sea view, the proximity to the sea is also appreciated. The food is decent. We also enjoyed the unlimited cocktails.
Overall, the staff is friendly (however, a couple of young women sometimes tended to clear our plates when we hadn't finished). The food is generally good; however, several times we tasted small squares of butter with a bad taste (probably not very fresh).

Fantastic beach area and a superior buffet at the beachside restaurant compared to the main one
We resided in the main building, which I believe is the oldest on the premises
The air conditioning was non-functional for the initial three days. Our requests at the reception were politely acknowledged with a promise to address them promptly, but then were disregarded
Inconsistent water pressure and temperature in the shower
The layout of the main restaurant is not to my liking - consisting of a large buffet room, several smaller dining areas, and an open terrace connected to the buffet by a narrow corridor with a lot of foot traffic
The only way to access the beach is through the 'market' area, creating an unpleasant bottleneck
There are numerous items available for purchase, including a paid bar - excessive for an all-inclusive hotel. However, this might be the norm in Turkey now (I haven't visited in 10 years)
