It has a very good beach area with sunbeds. Friendly staff. Delicious meals available at all times of the day.

Long queues at the buffet. The behavior of some guests was embarrassing.

The hotel doctor is part of a chain of private clinics, and his behavior is designed to refer patients there, which is extremely expensive!

Beautiful

Mrs. Mevlüde is a helpful lady at the reception. We were welcomed nicely at the entrance. Guest relations are warm and friendly with Maryam. The location of the hotel is nice. Animation is entertaining. À la carte meals are magnificent.

Enjoyable

The room was spacious, the food was very delicious; there was something for everyone, and the staff were very nice and helpful, especially the guest relations lady.

Almost everyone spoke German or English, or both, which made communication easy.

Transportation was a bit of a hassle due to the location.

It was disappointing to find out that the hammam is only open for guests from 10-12 am and from 4-6 pm. Maintenance workers decided to change light bulbs during that time, which wasn't urgent as the bulbs were working fine. Their continuous presence for almost an hour forced me to leave. This experience left a bad impression, and I never returned despite choosing the hotel for its hammam.
