We had a great stay in the hotel, the staff were very accommodating. My friend celebrated her birthday a few days before our stay and the staff were kind enough to gift us wine and fruits.

The food, breakfast and dinner, were good, all drinks were complimentary. The staff was generally friendly.
Being repeatedly asked if one wants a massage was unnecessary. Also, an employee's question about the relationship between my guest and me.
Unbearable and the main reason not to book this hotel (as well as the neighboring hotels) anymore was the noise from 10 am until midnight, with only short interruptions, caused by excessively loud AI-techno music that penetrated into the hotel rooms. If it was interrupted for a short time, the noise from the neighboring hotels penetrated.
