On the day of arrival, we were very early on site and tired from the journey. Despite the early arrival, we were able to check into our room right away, which was very convenient and pleasant for us. The service was friendly and uncomplicated - overall a very good start to our stay

We loved everything, the service was luxury for us, including a complimentary mini bar, etc. The Lobby bar had delicious cocktails, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Kubilay was very kind and funny, he already knew what we wanted to drink, there were times when we didn't even have to say it and he brought us the Gin & Tonic, he was really cool. I would also like to mention as a positive point that we booked a city view room but got a room with a sea view.🔥
