Unfortunately, I will not come back.

The building itself and the rooms look relatively good. The room service was nice, the towels were changed every day, the drinking water refilled. However, the towels also seemed quite worn out. When we checked in, we were given a smaller room than what we had booked. We pointed this out to the staff and were then given three alternatives to look at. That was nice of them, but each room had some issues, and they were all noisy, either due to the parking lot at the back, a row of AC units on the side of the building, or the music in front.

Every evening or night there was very loud entertainment program (karaoke, party), you could hear the bass despite closed windows and earplugs, and that until 1:00, even though it's supposed to be a family hotel with many children.

The restaurant was quite disappointing, more like a canteen. There were not enough tables, and you had to constantly chase the waiters and ask them to wipe down and set a newly available table. The carts with food remnants and dirty dishes were practically right in front of the tables or in guests' faces. Often they didn't even wipe the table and left the used paper liners from the previous guests on, only exchanging the cutlery. The cutlery was not clean enough, often with food residues. All the alcohol was fake except for the Turkish wine, whose quality was also questionable. Almost the same dishes were served every day, the cold foods were not refilled so only the first guests got some. The hummus often tasted sour. Overall, we had the impression that there was no proper hygiene concept and that the staff did not feel like doing their job properly.

A foul-smelling hotel with subpar food and service that does not meet 5-star standards

- Added Value: Free parking provided easily and free of charge.

- Friendly Staff: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful (except for the restaurant staff).

- Hygiene Concerns: Strong sewer smell in the room from the bathroom; unpleasant odors in the hallways and restaurant; messy coffee and beverage areas in the restaurant, with some dirty dishes.

- Not Worth 5 Stars: Below-average food and beverage quality (e.g., instant coffee, limited protein options).

- Maintenance Issues: The hotel displays noticeable signs of wear and tear, such as old, worn towels, damaged artwork, and broken room amenities (safe, door lock).

- Neglectful Service: Restaurant employees were unresponsive and often required guests to get their own utensils.

The guest will return to this hotel again.

Queues in the restaurant and it's hard to find a free table in the evening.

Very Poor

Good location and decent kids club, with entertainment for children there were no problems.

Dirty in the common restaurant, staff seems to be trying, but not very successful. Everything on the territory is old and worn out, in the rooms the air conditioners are dirty and moldy, the shower cabin leaks, the furniture everywhere is worn and tired, the linen is stained.
