Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely negative. The cleanliness was inadequate when we first entered the room. The bathroom and floor were not hygienic. The most disturbing situation was encountering bugs in the room. This prevented us from feeling comfortable and safe throughout our stay.

The staff did not show enough interest and solution-oriented behavior towards our complaints. The quality and variety of the meals were well below our expectations. Many products were not fresh and we had serious concerns about hygiene.

In general, I think that the maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality of the facility need to be significantly improved. We definitely did not get our money's worth. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel and do not consider choosing it again.

The pools were great and there are massage facilities available.

WiFi is available only in the reception area for a fee. The surfaces are very uneven everywhere, making it unsuitable for people with limited mobility or in a wheelchair. Food is not properly covered in the restaurant, with a lot of flies around.
