Complaint management works very well. They respond immediately and offer a solution. Food in the restaurant is very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Very beautiful property with direct access to the sea.
Too few staff for so many guests. Hardly find a table in the air-conditioned area if arriving a bit later. Rooms in the two main buildings seem to be good, all others seem quite rundown. No 24h food available, which I would expect in a 5-star hotel. Too few elevators available.

The pool is very nice, the guy with shisha was amazing, the food is acceptable.
Firstly, THIS IS A MAXIMUM 3 STAR HOTEL. They didn't give the room you booked. When you ask them to change the room because it's not the room for what you paid, they refuse. The bathroom is very old and smelly. The air conditioning is not working all the time.

I enjoyed the pool, ocean, and meals.
It was overcrowded. Finding a spot by the pool to lay down is impossible. You need to wake up early and leave your towel there to save your spot. The restaurant is chaotic, people bump into each other, and there is no respect.
