Absolutely everything, the cleanliness, the quality of the facilities (room, restaurant, SPA). The staff is very welcoming.
We enjoyed the entertainment and the entertainers are superb (Harry, Apollo, Ersin and Albayrak), very warm and caring.
We were able to experience the SPA, which is also great.
We loved our stay at the Melas club and will definitely come back.
The only disappointing part for us was the aesthetic section. I wanted to have a pedicure and then come back for a blow-dry during the week. The lady received us in a haughty manner, not making us want to continue.
In particular, the price indicated on the flyer for the pedicure was 25 euros, only to announce a price of 50 euros.
Very disappointed with this one point.
