I will attempt to keep this review concise.

We stayed at the hotel for one week at the end of July — two adults and two children (10 and 8 years old).

The hotel boasts a spacious area. The water park is child-friendly, and the access to the sea is easy and convenient. These are the primary positive aspects.

However, given that it is a five-star hotel, we had higher expectations. Regrettably, there are several drawbacks:

The rooms and bathrooms are outdated, and the soundproofing is very poor — you can hear nearly everything from adjacent rooms.

The cleaning service falls short of the expected standard.

The minibar only had two small water bottles and two soft drinks.

Bathroom amenities were frequently not restocked — the hair conditioner was missing, and the liquid soap was not regularly topped up.

The food was repetitive and lacked variety.

All drinks are dispensed.

Most of the staff do not speak English, and some were impolite. They often cleared glasses and plates without checking if they were still being used.

The tables were wiped with the same cloth, which does not reflect well on hygiene.

The majority of guests at the hotel were Russian-speaking, and the staff often initially addressed us in Russian.

In our view, this hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star Ultra All Inclusive resort. We would not opt to stay here again.

Very Good

I liked that the hotel has everything! Food was available 24 hours a day with a constant variety that children enjoyed a lot. The water park was great!

I didn't like only the bed because the mattress was too hard and the water in the shower was either too cold or too hot. The lighting in the bathroom was poor, it was dim but everything else was nice!

Terrible Experience – Poor Security, Lack of Support, and Disappointing Guest Service

The food was delicious, offering a wide range of dishes and desserts.

The staff at the restaurant were pleasant, diligent, and consistently welcoming.

The beach was pristine and pleasant.

In general, the amenities were pleasant and had the potential for an excellent family vacation.

Regrettably, two significant incidents completely marred our stay.

The most severe problem was the theft of my wife's phone from our table at the hotel restaurant. We reported it promptly and spent several hours making several visits to follow up with guest relations and security. Eventually, we were notified that our table was in a blind spot for CCTV, so the theft was not caught on camera. We asked for a written incident report for our travel insurance multiple times, but the hotel declined to provide any report or written confirmation, stating they could not be held responsible. We were left to handle everything on our own. The next morning, we tracked the phone's last location to Antalya Airport and had to remotely erase it to safeguard our personal information.

Another very unpleasant incident occurred around midnight. After finally getting our 3-year-old and 15-month-old children to sleep, someone forcefully knocked on our room door and then fled. Our children awoke frightened and in tears. We reported the incident immediately, and the hotel later informed us that they had identified the perpetrators and spoken to their parents. However, this incident should never have transpired, and it caused significant distress for our family.

The elevators were also a continual source of annoyance. In peak hours, the wait times were excessively long, making it challenging to move around the hotel, particularly with a stroller and two young children.

Although the food, beach, and restaurant staff were enjoyable, the mishandling of the theft, the refusal to provide a basic incident report, the disturbance during the night, and the elevator problems resulted in our experience falling well below the standards we anticipate from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
