Not recommended for family vacations, and in general, not recommended, for the same money there are more worthy options

The rooms are generally nice. Cleaning was done every day. The food was quite diverse, but not super tasty. The presence of strawberries and watermelons in May was pleasing. The staff at the kids club was pleasant.

There is absolutely no territory around the hotel, this could be immediately noticed in the photos, but the hotel was chosen in a hurry. We trusted the good rating on Booking. The first room where they settled us was stuffy, after talking to the reception we were moved. Although not very responsive. The second disappointment was the cold water both in the open pool and indoors. In the indoor pool, nobody cleaned, water was constantly on the floor. The main restaurant is located close to the pool and evening entertainment area. The entertainment is at the level of belly dance and vulgar jokes. Cocktails taste like waste with ice. The beach is small, pebbly, the water park will definitely come in handy. The staff is not friendly, reacts with dissatisfaction to comments. The clientele is also quite specific.

Relaxing stay in a luxurious hotel

Great selection of food and drinks that leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is always friendly and you feel welcomed as a guest.

It was a bit tight for us at the beach and by the pool. This is due to the narrow property of the hotel, but we were aware of this.

In principle, there was a lot of food, very little fish, almost none. Aesthetic dishes do not make you want to eat, like some porridge, it's not clear by the name. It would have been better if there were less.

Mostly Russian tourists stay at your hotel, it would be nice to take into account the features of Russian cuisine. In general, everything is good! 👌👍
